Rick Harra - Owner/President Email
Richard W. Harra is a graduate of Brandywine High School, the University
of Delaware's College of Business and Economics, and Catonsville Community
College's Mortuary Science Department. Rick Started at McCrery's in 1978.
He is a member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church and serves on the Board of
Governors for the University and Whist Club.
Amy Harra Email
Amy W. (Wadman) Harra is a life-long Wilmington resident. A 1979 graduate
of Thomas McKean High School and a 1983 graduate of the University of Delaware
College of Nursing, she has worked for over 23 years as a registered nurse
for prominent hospitals in New Castle County. Having worked with both adult
and pediatric patients, Amy feels these experiences have prepared her for
the work at McCrery Funeral Home. Amy and Rick Harra were married in 1991
and have one daughter who attends school in the Brandywine School District.
Amy is a member of the Jr. League of Wilmington.
Sharon Kulp Email
Sharon Kulp came to Wilmington after graduating in 1962 from Pottstown High
School in Pennsylvania and went on to graduate from Goldey Beacom Junior
College. She started working for McCrery Funeral Homes in 1964 as a Secretary
and in 1978 she was promoted to Office Manager. She is a 44 year member
and past president of the Business & Professional Women's Club of Pennsylvania.
Sharon is a member of First & Central Presbyterian Church and has enjoyed
serving as a Deacon, Treasurer of the Deacons and member of Presbyterian
Women. She helped organize the Senior Christmas Luncheon for several years
and also planned trips for the Senior Get Out & Go Program.
Gladys Miller Email
Gladys Miller, a longtime Wilmington resident, has been employed with McCrery's
for over twenty years.
Todd Harra Email
Todd is a graduate of Unionville High School and Elon University. He appeared
on the cover of the 2008 "Men of Mortuaties" Calendar, a fundraiser
for the KAMM Cares breast cancer foundation. Todd has been with McCrery's
since 2004 and is enrolled at American Academy McAllister Institute. He
resides in Wilmington.
Jeffrey Clark Email
Born and raised in Wilmington, Jeff joined the staff of McCrery"s in
May 2006. After two years of college he enlisted in the United States Navy
in July 1970. After Boot Camp and Class "A" School he was ordered
to Bethesda Naval Hospital where he worked in the Pathology Department.
He transferred to the USS FORRESTAL (CV 59) as an Administrative Petty Officer.
In April 1978, he transferred to the Naval Regional Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA as the Leading Petty Officer of the Dental Service. After his tour at the hospital he reported to the USS LEXINGTON (AVT 16), where he was selected as the LEXINGTON'S Sailor of the Year and was advanced to Chief Petty Officer in February 1984.
He was then sent to the Inspector-Instructor Staff of the 14th Medical/Dental Company in Philadelphia, PA. As the first Navy inspector-instructor at the Marine facility, he designed the training platform and criteria for evaluating the operational readiness of the enlisted Navy personnel. He was advanced to Senior Chief 1986.
He then attended the Senior Enlisted Academy in Newport, RI and after completing the curriculum was sent to the National Naval Medical Center, National Naval Dental Center, Bethesda, MD as the Senior Enlisted Advisor. He was advanced to Master Chief in May of 1990 and was selected as the Command Master Chief. He worked directly for the Commanding Officer and was responsible for the training and readiness of all enlisted personnel at the Command. He was also responsible for their deployment in support of Operation Desert Storm.
Jeff holds a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration and resides in Wilmington, DE.
Nicholas Paulson Email
Nicholas Paulson, raised in Claymont and is a member of Holy Rosary Church
and a graduate of the former elementery school. He graduated from Salesianum
School in 1981 and graduated from Miami-Dade Community College with an Associate
Degree in Funeral Service Education. He has been employed at McCrery's since
1989. He is a licensed funeral director in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Nicholas
is active in the sports programs at Holy Rosary Parish, Ashbourne Swim Club,
North Brandywine Swim League's Championships and The McAleer School of Irish
Dance, The Broesler School of Irish Dance and the Irish Culture Club of
Delaware’s Irish Festival. His wife is a school nurse for the Christian
School District and labor and delivery nurse at St. Francis Hospital. He
has two children.

Bill Mullin Email
Bill Mullin is a longtime employee of McCrery Funeral Homes.
Ron Mulhern Email
A native of Wilmington, DE, Ron is a graduate of Henry C. Conrad High School
and the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in N.Y.C.
He has been employed with McCrery Funeral Homes since 1971.
Nick Picollelli Email
Nick is a 1977 graduate of Salesianum School. He is also a graduate of the
University of Delaware and Catonsville Mortuary College. He has been a Funeral
Director with McCrery's for over 20 years and is licensed in Delaware and
Maryland. Nick is married with two children. He is a member of Holy Angels
R. C. Church where he serves as a Eucharistic Minister. He enjoys playing
the piano and is an avid cyclist.
Anne Rowan Email
Anne M. Rowan is an experienced counselor of over 25 years who works with
families in the area of advanced planning for final arrangements. She gives
seminars for a wide variety of community organizations.
Ms. Rowan has a Bachelor of Arts in French from Chestnut Hill College and a Master's Degree in Counseling from Seattle University. For 5 years she was a chaplain at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lancaster and began her career in funeral service at the Groff Funeral Home there. She had been at the Oliver H. Bair Funeral Homes in Philadelphia for over 14 years and came to Wilmington in 1995 where she was employed by Funeral Services of DE until January, 2005. She continues her valuable service at the McCrery Funeral Homes.
Michele Stecklair Email
A full time mom and part time accountant, Michele has been at McCrery's
since 2005. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor
of Science in Economics and has a Master of Science in Taxation from Widener
University. She lives in West Chester and has been married for 18 years.
She and her husband have 2 sons and 2 cats.
