Ruth Frampton O’Neal “Ruthie” Age 71 of Newark, DE passed away at home on January 9, 2010. Ruthie, a native of Wilmington, graduated from Claymont High School in 1956 followed by a degree from Goldey Beacom College. Ruthie is survived by her children, Troy O’Neal and wife Monica of Yorklyn, DE, Ken O’Neal of Newark, DE and Brian O’Neal and wife Christina of Hockessin, DE; 7 grandchildren, Alexandria, Christian, Gabrielle, Max, Logan, Chase and Bailey; her longtime friend and companion Robert C. O’Dell of Newark, DE, her best friend Eileen O’Neill, of Newark, DE former husband Ronald M. O’Neal of Wilmington, DE and her beloved puppy Kookie. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday January 13 at 11am. in Greenmount Cemetery, 11500 Cemetery Rd. Hillsboro MD 21641. www.mccreryfuneralhome.com
